There are 365 days in a year. That’s a staggering 8,760 average hours!

How much does your business cost to run per hour? How much does it cost you to pay each of your employees per hour, per week, month, per year … to do a good job to help keep your company buoyant and consistently growing?

Now imagine if one of your employees was to become mentally unwell. Or perhaps they may have experienced a trauma in their personal life that incapacitates them enough to keep them from work for a long period of time?

You know that they are part of a team that are essential to the growth of your business and its future vision – but without them, that team will struggle. Productivity will suffer as a result.

You’d want to make sure they are okay wouldn’t you? You’d want to ensure that they are supported in all ways in order to get them back on their feet and back at work wouldn’t you?

Do you know how you would do that? Do you know what steps to take and what long term support to offer? Do you know how to spot someone in difficulty before it becomes a real crisis?
